This is a high quality spinner, very sturdy and well made. The DOD pattern is completely unique and colorful -- perfect for a teen or young adult. (I gave it to my 20-something son.) It doesn't need to be outside as it will turn slightly indoors as well if there is some air flow in the room - just hang it from the ceiling or perch it from the edge of a bookshelf.
