Nobody tells you in the instructions about doing sausages, the meat has to be partially frozen or it will not go through the stuffing attachment. This advice will also make doing fine burger much easier. Other than that, it's much smaller than I expected or really wanted, but works well. Oh yeah, and it's small, like a bad joke small.

So easy and the fresh meat that I grind does not cause the shredder to get jammed up like my previous make. Because it's so easy to use, I can now save quite a bit of money, especially when you can catch meats on sale and can buy in large quantities. By doing my own shredding I now can embark upon, which I wanted to do previously, making sausages, salami and even liverwurst.

The media could not be loaded. Maaan, finally something you can put your trust in! I had the original one from KitchenAid ( plastic) and after few uses it just broke ! i was crazy because customer service said they can't help me, so i started looking for full metal piece. Its light, but sturdy, and fit perfectly fine in attachment place. i ground my chicken and turkey with it. And i also use it for my parmesan cheese ( other attachment) quick tip for you. When you done , simply put a piece of bread, so it'll clean the grinder and save your meat.
