A little harder to use than my last curling iron as the barrel is very long and I don't need it that long my hair is only 2 inches long. I just use it to soften my ends from being so spikey!

I bought this curling iron over a year ago and bought 2 or 3 more expensive ones at the same time and planned to keep my favorite and return the others. Surprisingly, this was the most affordable but my favorite, so I returned the others.
All was great for over a year, until a couple weeks ago and while getting ready for work (halfway through curling my hair) I noticed that clamp suddenly started catching, almost like a stutter as I opened the clamp. It wouldn't hold my hair tight in the barrel either.
I reached out to Hoson (via Amazon) and asked what their warranty is and explained what was happening. Now, seeing that I only paid $26 (roughly) I fully expected to need to buy another, especially since it had been more than a year. They replied that they were going to send a replacement, at no cost! The new one arrived fast, and I am super happy (and surprised) with their awesome customer service.
