Best to drill out the riveted axle instead of using a hacksaw.

Great replacement for a flattened out rubber wheel on my luggage. 1 star deduction for the missing Allen wrenches.
As other have mentioned, most of the OE wheels are riveted when installed. Best to drill out the axle using a drill bit larger than 0.25". A 3/8" bit would be ideal. Carefully drill out the axle until the metal is flush with the outside flange of the wheel carrier. Push out the axle by carefully tapping it with a small screwdriver and a hammer.

Took me 15 minutes to install an most of that was sawing through the old axels with a hacksaw but these wheels are so much better. The suitcase glides now instead of me having to push it and makes going over carpet in hotels etc very easy now
