Better AV product

According to reviews, this seems to be a better and more complete AV product than the included Windows AV. Many years ago, I used Norton and liked it. So why not again. Trying to set up a new account I was told email was already there...reset password should be fine...nope...reset email never comes. Chatting with support (somewhere ...script people), not understanding that I just need a password reset. after a while, I'm told I will get a call from second tier support (still waiting after a week). Script monkey tells me that it's a technical problem on their side and should be resolved in a day...nope. Still can't use my regular email. Finally just created a new email ...and than it works. Rest of install worked fine.

Norton will get your CC number to activate this. If you do not cancel the auto subscription, after a year you will be charged $125 to use it for another year! Cancel the auto subscribe right away and then just buy this again next year for a far far cheaper price.

I've used this Norton protection for years and I'm satisfied with the product. Amazon's price is considerably less than what Norton tries to charge but the hoops I had to jump through to get it activated were ridiculous. After attempting to install it for four days, and going around in circles, I finally found 'chat' on Norton's site and it was immediately taken care of.
