I've ordered several different eel products from this vendor and always received prompt and quality product. It isn't traditional fried eel, the texture being more akin to jerky, but the flavor is quite similar and delicious. The fillets of eel do have the spines still but those are easy to remove or simply chew through if one desires.

Great with rice.
