Item received and in first look it was looking like a used phone. Had scratch, sign of dust, back cover had gap that much that inside of phone was noticeable. Not sure if it was my luck or it is company's honestly issue. I have read some complained about the same issues.
How this situation can happen here in Amazon, not sure.
Back side towards the top of the phone gets very got after 1-2 minutes of usage and gets cool very quick after sitting on idle.
About the camera, it handles very nice shots even on 20 to 30x zoom. Micro is very good and sharp.
Be careful, inspect everything, use magnifier or ask someone expert to evaluate your phone.

the security features could use some work i am constantly having problems with the finger scanner, the face recognition is okay it works probably 75% of the time, all that aside i honestly love this phone for the price you are getting a phone that is better and sturdier than a galaxy or other android. I accidentally dropped it down my stairs ithit the wall twice and then landed facedown on tile and it didn't break it comes with a screen protector (already installed) and case as well. a great product minus the aforementioned issues

I love this phone. My second huawei (first was a P10). I've used Apple, Samsung, Blackberry - Huawei is by far my favorite brand for quality and interface, and pricing is competitive. Only challenge is US government banning formal sales channels due to 'security concerns'.

Would be a 5 star if not for the fact that the camera post processing sucks. Using other apps that provide native unedited camera access solves this to an extent (eg. Open Camera or patched google camera) but since they aren't customized for this camera they are a compromise on quality.
