If you have reptiles, you will know what meal worms get purchased in. Its not that small, its probably 4 of those small 100 cup meal worm containers. These are fantastic, they are exactly what I wanted. I put probably 200-300 meal worms per container, with food. They work great, nice size, and the cap stays very secure.
