My husband picked this for me and I absolutely love it. My kids and I like to watch the smoke tumble down. It is so relaxing and it looks nice. The cones that came with it were okay, Really strong scent. I like that they are colorful! Overall I really like this and I'm glad I received it!

Well, I'll start by saying that I received it within one, or two days of ordering. Everything was included, and in good working condition. It came with a variety of different scented cones, but unfortunately the ratio was quite unfair. The majority was Sandalwood, while the others had a couple here and there - and only ONE apple scented cone was in the bag. Also, because they had all 7 cone types packaged within the same exact, plastic sealed bag - they inevitably all came out smelling exactly the same. The ceramic stand itself seems to be working as shows, but doesn't want to pool much smoke towards the bottom at all. And one cone had a burn time of about 7-10 minutes, maybe.
The plain cardboard box isn't great for gifting

Got this for a white elephant gift. I opened the pictured box thinking there'd be another, prettier box that shows what it is inside, but nope - this is it. It probably helps keep in cheaper but not great for my purposes. Ended up printing some of Amazon's pictures and taping it on the box so people would know what is was for the trade-off.
Since it's a gift I can't actually test it out so I can't comment on that. Rating is purely for how it looks.

Got this for my financé for Valentine's Day. He loves it. The cones all smell the same but the flow is perfect. He is very difficult to shop for so I'm happy I was able to find him something he really likes. And since it has the stick option I don't have to worry about stick ashes all over the counters.
