I purchase over 25 of these exactly a year ago. The same brand and size I ordered this year were of less quality. I estimate that I will be able to reuse these original grow bags for at least three seasons. They are made of heavy material. The ones Delxo are making now (same size) are made of thinner material, the side handles are narrower webbing and the stitching is less secure. The original ones received a year ago had thicker thread (assuming it's made of nylon) and the seams were heavier. The new ones received recently are of significantly less quality. I suspect I will only get one to maybe two season of use out of these newer bags. The original bags had the Velcro door on the front and the handles on the sides. The newer ones have the thinner handles on the front and back (one over the door) as depicted in the listing photo. I prefer the original design and quality over the newer ones. They are still useful but I'm disappointed in the cost cutting design changes that this manufacturer has made. If I find a better quality grow bag similar to the Delxo bag but even at a higher price, I will order those instead.

I ordered these to grow potatoes for the first time. I like that the sides are taller than other grow bags. The fabric is thick and the quality is excellent.

To begin with, I filled it without about 4 inches of potting soil, added the potatoes, then covered with another 4 inches of soil. I then folded down the sides of the bag about half-way and waited for my potatoes to sprout. They sprouted and grew extremely quickly! Within 2 weeks they were already 6 inches high and so I added more soil, raised the folds on the sides a bit, and am now waiting for them to get taller. I plan to continue this process until the soil reaches the top of the bags and they are completely unfolded.

I would definitely buy these again and highly recommend them!

I am just planting them for the first time. But it looks like it will work.

So, starting with potatoes, this thing is PERECT for them. The harvest window makes it fun for my daughter to help me harvest. I have found that you can do one tomato plant per 10/gallon bag and two bell peppers per 10/gallon bag. I highly recommend these bags. They are sturdy, the Velcro is very strong too. I haven't had any problems so far and they are holding up great. I like that they are reusable too!

These grow bags are great for growing without having to till a garden area. I have these in my yard by back porch. Potatoes and onions is what I planted in them. If you do a layer type of potato planting the tops of the bags roll down so you can let more sun in. Then roll them up as your plants grow and you add mor soil. They seem to hold enough water to keep plants happy and drain enough in heavy rains not to drown your plants. Has been in the weather for months now no signs of damage.
