Quality level, this is a decent product. It gets the pilling out somewhat, but you have to be patient. You also want to make sure you are using the right cord and charger, as too powerful a charge may short it out. It's a small machine, so manage your expectations accordingly.
However, the reason why I am giving this such a positive review is that after ours stopped working (I honestly don't know why), I emailed them more than a year after we bought it. They sent me a brand new replacement, no questions asked. That is very professional of Popchose, and I thought it should be acknowledged. Whenever we recharge, we will be very careful to use the right charger, etc.
