I just recently started using this whitening kit. I bought it because it was inexpensive and I had never tried this type of system. It came with three syringes of gel and a light/tray kit. The directions are on the box. It is packaged very nicely. I have used it three times and it my teeth are noticeably whiter. It took me a couple of times to figure out how to use the trays. This kit came with a tray that is not moldable. I tried several time to get the tray to mold but it is a different type that is in other kits. This tray is flexible but is a thicker plastic than the others. I looked at other reviews and this isn't the same as the other trays that you dip in hot water. So...I took it upon myself to use the gel directly on my teeth and also putting some on the front of the actual trays. Be careful because this stuff stings a bit if you get it on your gums or lower inner lip. It is very doable so don't fret, my mouth wasn't on fire, I just wiped it off. I love the fact that the light is on its own timer. Once 10 minutes is up, the light will beep and turn off. I like this way more than using strips and it is not making my teeth ache like the strips sometimes did. I would recommend that anyone who has sensitive teeth use a sensitive toothpaste on a regular basis before using any type of whitening system. It will help with your sensitive teeth when whitening. I would recommend this as it is fast and very easy to use!

I have to say, I am pleased with the price! $10! Aaaaand, get this? They included a free gel.

Wish I could give 5 stars, but to see the color lift from my teeth it took like 4x the amount of time as they suggested. Thankfully, my teeth are strong and can handle it :)

But I will say, in about one tube of gel, I got about 2 shades whiter! We will see what happens with continued use.

This works as well as the professional bleach kit without the big price tag. Easy to use and work with.
