It works but the screws don't hold the pole tight enough. I need to figure out a workaround for that. Flange is nice and tight against the cement though.

Product came quickly and was exactly as described. I spray painted them and use them to keep my patio umbrella from spinning. Unfortunately the screws were not long enough to reach the post. FYI... the set screws are 3/8.
The side set screw was not enough to hold my post.
