I gave these chocolate chips a 5 star review because they taste great and are sweetened with erythritol and stevia, both of which I can tolerate and which don't spike my blood sugar. But they are not really "large" chips, and I think the claim that they are "stevia sweetened", while true, is misleading, as erythritol is the first sweetener listed in the ingredients. Neither of these things is a deal breaker for me - the taste of the chips rule!

Got these because I'm doing Keto, and found a recipe for a fat bomb mix that calls for sugar free chocolate chips. The thing that sold me was the re-usable freezer pack that was included, so the product wasn't melted upon receipt. So glad I got these particular chips- they are scrumptious! I used these to make low carb chocolate chip cookie bars. And they turned out really good. The chips are expensive for what they are but I liked that they didn't have any sugar or strange filler ingredients. I will say that mine arrived melted in the bag, so I basically had a chocolate brick once the bag cooled off inside my home. It didn't end up being a problem. I broke it into chunks and put it in the ninja blender and I was good to go. there was no cold pack so you might want to keep that in mind if you are ordering this in the summer. But if you don't mind letting it cool off and putting it through a food processor than you should be good to go. 😊 I would buy them again.
