Overall they are built fairly well, however the only thing that concerns me is the bolt that goes through the bearings. The bolt fits snuggly in the bearing near the head of the bolt, however the side towards the nut doesn't and has some play in it. I suspect that this is because of the threads on the bolt instead of being a shoulder bolt which would eliminate this play. Over all construction seems very well aside from this.
