The product is amazing and as described. When I first received it the black powder case had some how managed to be broken and it was all over the package. I was able to clean everything up, but unfortunately that powder was basically empty. I really needed the other stuff for a project I was working on and reached out to the company directly to see if they could just replace the black powder, as everything else was fine. They replied to me within 24hrs and had a replacement on the way to me. It arrived today and to my surprise, and complete satisfaction they actually sent me an entire replacement.
