I've bought this toner twice now and love it. My husband also loves it. It's pretty moisturizing for being a toner - typically I've found toners as drying for my skin. I have acne prone, relatively normal skin - borderline dry. My husband has normal borderline oily skin. Both of us really love it and find it to balance the moisture pretty well and doesn't clog my pores.
The rose scent could be a bit strong with people who have very sensitive sense of smell but the scent is very refreshing and doesn't linger.
