Expecting a quality product and that's exactly what I got. Always nervous of expensive guitars getting bumped on their floor stands and with this I feel real confident they won't end up in the floor. I do only keep two at a time on it, an acoustic and an electric, so both are very handy to grab real quick. I love the way the neck is locked in but quickly releases when the guitar is lifted a little.

It does exactly what it is supposed too...and very well at that. But it is intended for band meets or controlled environments. Don't use a guitar stand for every day all day use unless you have a perfectly humidified/ dehumidified environment. Reason being that you can end up with a wet guitar that flexes with the humidity and temperature. If you intend to use this for band meets then it's the best thing that you can get! But at a hefty price. The profit margin on Hercules is pretty high...for something that is made in China. Not that the Chinese make bad products. Fact is that they make 99.99 percent of the products that we use everyday...the very products which we adore. I just think that companies use cheap labor should be passing the savings on to us...especially since they are destroying jobs in America.
