Great very very well made and doggo actually did not hate it! At all!

This item is white amazing. Our old doggo has a tumour that swings udder like and pulls on her side constantly. It cannot be removed without major complications but makes life pretty uncomfortable due to its weight and placement. This lil outfit is super, we had to wear it upside down to ensure it held the dangling growth like a sports bra. Our elderly Belgian shepherd didn't hate it because she actually got relief. It was easy to get on and easier to get off. So, in our photos she's wearing it upside down in the photos, that's why it looks like she has some cleavage, it would come up to the collar area normally. It has a place for everything and they can even wear it outside to go to the yard bathroom for girl and boy dog parts. We had to get a 3xxxl because her chest is so thiq and it is quite loose around d her old lady dog hips, but with the little (good quality) plastic snaps that run along the entire length of the coat, you can kinda customize how it falls and we just tied it in a knot where it hung too low. I think if she was in the athletic condition of her youth, a smaller size would be made. This is not an item retrofitted for a dog, this item is specifically made and made very very well for good dogs. It's outstanding and soft and comfy and not too hot, because they can't sweat, it sorta feels like modell sheets or bamboo sheets, it's silky and stretchy and lovely. I was surprised she didn't hate it. She hated anything like a Halloween costume or shirt I put on her once but not this. It's super. The size I got would fit a Great Dane and while Malinois are smaller than German shepherds, their chests are really stout. The length was too long but this wasn't a problem due to the construction of the material. She had no tightness at any of the four leg holes or the tail hole
One thing I'd recommend would be to maybe list some breeds of dogs by each size for some reference but I also think this could be confusing because of what I just said about having to go up many sizes more than expected.
My dog can't get out of this, its prefect!

Our puppy is high energy and easily found her way out of our home made solutions to keeping her from licking her incision. We couldn't take her anxiety when we had her in the cone of shame, we wanted her to be comfortable and not limiting of her movements. Mission accomplished! This suit is perfect for our needs, its soft, she seems comfortable, she can go potty without me having to undo the legs like we had to do with the recovery onsie we had gotten for our other dog a few years ago, but my favorite part is the snap closure! this thing is not gunna come off, IT'S PERFECT! we bought 2
Working well

I have a 6-month-old Australian Cattle Dog and according to the size chart for her length, she needed an XL. We had to improvise for a couple of days by using dog PJs with a small t-shirt underneath to protect her belly while waiting for these and since large size PJs were a bit too short for her long body, we stuck with the XL. While it does stretch a bit, a large may not stretch enough to not cause pinching around the legs and will pull too far down on the back. Some stretching is needed since dogs sit, squat and stretch out and the XL was definitely needed due to her long body. It doesn't fit as snuggly against her underside and belly as I would like, but it still fits pretty well. It would have been great to have another row of snaps about an inch or so over, so you could custom fit as it goes around the body since not all dogs are built the same. I figured she would love these after being in the awful PJs and I wasn't wrong, so I ordered another. **Addendum - I found that unsnapping a few snaps and then snapping it back together around her collar holds it in place better. The suit has worked great for 4 days and still going strong!
Cute and helpful

This after surgery body suit is perfect for what we were needing. The sizing chart was accurate for my 11 month old labs measurements she was a size xxl (which seemed extreme but it fits very well). The fit is good everywhere, though it is a little baggy on her stomach but it actually has worked out well because of her surgery scar area being exactly in that area. It's also so cute on her like an old times swimming costume.
Pretty good, sizing issues and not all buttons work

So I looked at the sizing chart closely. I have a 70 lb nearly 1 year old lab that was having surgery. Based on the measurements I got an XXXL. Overall it was fine but it was pretty big in the back and she could still access her wound to lick when she tried through the opening around the legs. It was working decent enough but I decided to order a second one and this time I got an XXL, just one size down... holy moly the size difference. I got it on her and around the chest was fine but her legs barely fit, it pulled the fabric so it covered some of her upper leg, it couldn't fit all the way through and was a LOT more snug over all. I wasn't expecting it to be so drastic in difference from one size to another when they are offering so many size options. I expect it more for items that only have 3 or 4 size options.

Aside from sizing, there are a LOT of buttons... a LOT... my dog enjoys wearing clothes so she didn't mind while we buttoned her up. If you have a wiggly or stubborn dog I imagine it would be difficult keeping them in place whil doing all buttons (there must be close to 40-50 snaps) and a hand full of the snaps were broken on arrival and didn't work but there are so many having a few not snap made no difference.

Another con I'll note is that the material stretches out VERY easily. Meaning, while it remained snug around the legs after wearing just a couple hours it started getting loose around her butt and abdomen and sagged in the back enough that if I didn't pull it up it would get wet when she peed.

Pros - I did buy another brand and style of suit as well and one thing I love about this one is I don't have to unbutton anything before taking her out to pee. HUGE bonus. The material is soft and not too thick so your dog won't overheat. And despite the amount of buttons the set up so that you don't have to put anything over the head is really nice.

If the material didn't stretch out so much, if there was slightly fewer buttons that all worked and if the sizing was a bit more normal/appropriate I would give it 5 stars. But for some of these flaws I'm slightly knocking it down to 4 stars. Would still recommend it though so long as you go into it with the proper expectations.
