I bought my nail drill in 2022 and had a bit of an issue with the motor for the drill one year in. It resolved itself so I just kept it and once in a while it would stop working but would work again the next time I tried to use it. Recently, the motor completely died and I reached out to Airsee and they sent me a new hand drill to fix my problem. The process was so easy and painless and the replacement came a couple days after.

I use the drill to do my own nails which is about once every four weeks. This drill does the job and makes at home get nails so much easier.

I purchased this e-file when the pandemic began, so that I could learn to do my own sculptured nails. This review, therefore is for HOME use, not professional use.

I am extremely happy with this purchase. This e-file works as expected. The handle is very comfortable in my hand. There is no excessive vibration that I can detect. The e-file is lightweight and compact. It has a switch to go either forward or in reverse and this works perfectly. Changing out the bits is super easy with no effort. It is variable speed up to 30K.

My only complaint is with the dial for the speed. It is EXTREMELY difficult to see what speed you are using. There is virtually no marking on the dial itself, and the graphic showing the increase in RPMs, which is on the face of the top, has no numbers to let you know how fast your machine is working. I had to take a thin sharpie to fix this. I made a mark on the dial, then I did some mathematical division to estimate where the RPMs were on the speed graphic and marked it as well (see photos). It's not very accurate and I would really like to be able to easily see my speed. They really need to change this in future models. While I would prefer a digital readout, at least there need to be indicators on both the dial and the face, that you can easily see.

The bits have been fine. I purchased 3 safety bits separately that I use most, but I also use the sanding barrels from this kit as well as a couple of the other "clean up" bits. There is certainly enough bits for you to use and get the feel of what else you might need. Again, I'm not a professional, so as an introduction to the various bits, this was OK. I think they should have provided a basic safety bit and some that weren't the "diamond" style, as those seem to be my least favorite.

Besides the issue of being able to see what speed you're using, I have no complaints about this e-file and would recommend it for home use.

Worked great until it suddenly just stopped working in the middle of using it. I used it to do my own nails so it got used every two to three weeks. I bought it about 8 months ago and it will not turn on at all. So bummed and feel I wasted my money.

Update: customer service reached out upon reading my review. They apologized and sent me a new drill! Great customer care! Thank you!

I use this product for removing part of my toe nail so that it will heal properly. I am very satisfied with the results. Recommend letting the nail cool when it gets hot, otherwise it will be uncomfortable.
