I wouldn't call this shower curtain waterproof, but it is water resistant so long as you do not aim the spray of water directly onto it for an extended period of time. I LOVE the weights at the bottom corners - they do a great job keeping the curtain in place and keeping water in the tub. The fabric machine washes well and so far has not retained stains (going on two months...). Happy with this purchase so far!

The shower curtain is just as described and it has a nice, soft feel. Water beads up on the surface and rolls off. It has metal grommets to hold the curtain rings (instead of button holes), which makes it very easy to hang. It has no ugly smell like plastic shower curtains. I'm very happy with it.

Love that I can throw this in the washing machine and easily clean the soap scum off. After that I just clip it back on the shower curtain hooks and let it air dry. I'll never go back to plastic liners, these are awesome and make me feel like I'm showering at a nice hotel.

I purchased the extra long, extra wide curtain and modified it to fit my odd-size walk in shower. It looks and feels like fabric (not plastic), repels water and seems to be made well. I expect that it will last a long time.
