I have tried many other lights in the past. These far outperform anything I have seen. The lights are bright and the frequencies are very attractive. I wish they were a little cheaper, but I would pay the extra money for them if I needed to buy additional units. I have not tested them through snow or through heavy rains at this is time.

These lights do appear to be durable. My initial order had one unit that only lit up 2 of the 3 LEDs on one side. Returned and received a prompt replacement. First one out of the new box, only 2 LEDs lit on one side, plus what looks to be white paint on the lens over the nonworking LED. For the price I expect them all to work. Still deciding if I want to do a second return or refund and buy from a different vendor.
Other than that the units seem to be built well and the lights aren't too bright.

This newest order of the same lights will be replacing the ones that are slowing dying after 8 years. Can't believe they have lasted so long especially in the hot NM sun. Most outdoor solar lights function very well with the amount of sunshine they receive, but the UVs and heat just destroy not only the poly solar cells but the external body of most lights. Not these. Still putting out but for a shorter duration. That is why I decided to purchase these again to begin replacing the ones that are just beaten down from the sun and heat over the years. Great product.
