A pretty good suit for the price, but overall, I'm not a fan. We have a small swim team and all the boys got these briefs. None of them were a great fit. The suits all had many wrinkles and areas for water to create drag. But we were t using them for competition and as a practice suit it's a good value for the money.

We purchase this for our son to wear under his full body UPF rated swimsuit, or as a friend of ours jokingly calls it his "bathing costume, as it is long sleeved and long pants." The suit has nothing to "restrain his boyhood and prevent chafing." This suit is up to the challenge and performs admirably. He is comfortable in it and it doesn't show through his outer suit. We purchased the blue color and it's true to color and has not faded in spite of repeated washings over several months of use, nor has it stretched so far. He is 7, of average height and basically thinly built.
