Looks good assembled but old instructions.

So the first one we received was missing Hardware and Parts. Maybe it was a return. Not sure.
Second one we received, thought that it was missing Hardware again, but it just turns out that the instructions that come with the seat are either outdated, or for a different model I'm not sure.
It lists a part that's supposed to go under the seat for added support, but there is no such part that comes with it and also after actually assembling it I don't even see where it would be able to attach.
It comes with a lot of washers and split lock washers, but they aren't listed or in any of the diagrams. I just use them all assuming that the manufacturer has including these because some of the reviews complained about the bolts coming out.
The bolts, I believe are aluminum, obviously I would prefer stainless steel or something harder but despite some light stripping when trying to tighten them , they worked fine. Everything was aligned properly.
Today would be the first day of use, probably like 5 patients a day, so if I remember I will update this later on as I can see what the durability is like.

This is a good chair, stable and solid feeling for phlebotomy. This is NOT a good chair for obese patients, the opening to sit with the cross-arm up is not wide enough. You may want to look at geriatric chairs if that is what you need. I bought 6 of these, highly recommend them. As far as shipping goes 5/6 chairs had some sort of delivery trouble. "Delayed" "arriving later than expected" etc. they will come"”eventually.
