This pillowcase is extremely soft and feels nice cool which I really like. I did wash this pillowcase case on a gentle wash setting of my wash machine and it stayed nice and soft even after putting this in the dryer. I know it says to hand wash this pillow case but I don't have time to do that.

After seeing the ads for the latest trend of silk pillow cases, and finding out that they were cost prohibitive, I went on Amazon to see if there was something comparable. YES..this is it. Beautiful case, very soft on the skin. My hair is not as much of a "bed head" when I get up and I notice that I don't have the creases in my face that I had from regular cases. It is best to wash by hand and use a mild soap and let it air dry. I only purchased one just to try out, but will certainly purchase another.
