I bought this for my beloved 2001 Porsche 911. Unfortunately, after 22 years, my original document holder is crumbling apart. I knew from the description that I would have an issue with thickness. This organizer is described as handling 1 inch manuals and my paper stack is 1.5". It all actually fits but the cover doesn't close entirely. The white paper showing in the picture is the free maintenance log that was provided with the organizer, and it's okay if this gets a little messed up. The original paper work fits in the pouch although it's a tight squeeze. I could remove some stuff, like the booklet with the Porsche dealer network from 2001. I prefer to keep everything for nostalgic reasons. My wife says she can extend the velcro strap. Or maybe I will get a second document holder and divide up the material. The manual alone is less than 1" and fits perfectly. I do recommend this, especially if your paper stack is 1" or less, 1.25" might still clasp normally.

My manual fits, I can stick my registration and insurance in the little mesh pockets, I have my tinting receipt in one of the pockets. My manual was just in the plastic that came with the car so some of the print already transferred onto the plastic. This is much better, everything is in one place. And I love that it came with a tire pressure gauge! I have a 2023 Kia Forte GT-line.
