I took them to Alaska last week, it did not breathe well, I was sweating under them, and had to stop at a brewery to let them air out and was fine after a flight of beer.
The 3XL was a bit smaller than I expected to wear clothes under
and when I pulled the hood out of the jacket it wasn't big enough to cover my head/face and the corner where it attaches to the jacket is already starting to pull apart at the seem, and does not draw up well around your neck.
It was not light to lug around but was better than my old poncho material that got holes in it looking at it.
