and has the consistency of...dog food! (when uncooked!) lol, BUT, after you throw them onto the grill, they really aren't too bad! I guess I covered them up with pickles and condiments to make it seem like a real hamburger! But, yes, they aren't bad at all! Who knew?! They do appear to be smallish at first but they don't shrink after grilling.

Tasted great. Easy to cook, no greasy meat smell. It's expensive. I cooked burgers but am wondering If I can use it for meatballs. Easy to clean my cast iron skillet after use. The beyond meat bits don't stick to the pan either. But the price! I read info wrong, thought I was getting 8 for 40$ But got 4. $10 for one burger.
