Great product. Sturdy. My two chinchillas love it and it is strong enough that it doesn't rattle the cage and looks like it will last a long time as opposed to the few weeks of others I have tried.

The media could not be loaded. We were not sure if we would have to adjust the actual brace for the wheel to fit our standard ferret nation cage.
It does fit well, is very stable, is very quiet, and can get going quite fast but has enough friction to slow properly as well (not a flywheel lol)
Our chinchilla loves it, she uses it all the time and the large width allowed her to learn to use it without any wipeouts.
My ONLY complaint with the product is that at this price point, I would have assumed a simple hex key would have come with the wheel to adjust the brace itself.
This is a high priced product but it is well worth the investment if you are looking for a safe, easy to learn, stable, and quiet wheel.

This wheel is beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't realize just how much space it would take up in our rats' cages, so we had to make a return. Quality Cage Crafters makes great cage accessories, and we have other items they make that we love. If you want this quality but need a different size, I would recommend looking at the manufacturer's website.

We have tried a few different chinchilla wheels, and this is the best we have found so far. It is worth a little more expense. I will admit, even though these wheels are really quiet, the chinchillas get it going so fast it makes the cage move (and we have a very sturdy cage too). Also, you can't stop chinchillas from dragging toys into the wheel with them, pooping in the wheels (anyone for maracas?), or from getting it spinning then chewing on it right afterwards. This seems to be a problem with all wheels though, and we have tried to limit as many of the problems as possible by the strategic wheel placement in the cage. (i.e., Slightly higher which discourages the toys/teeth, and a very slight tip down so that the poop eventually comes out)
