It's a great size, not too large or small for my taste. It's nice leather. I really like the pockets on the front and back outside. The only thing I would change is to have clasps on the end of the strap so it can be removed for storing or pulled through and attached to the opposite side to double and shorten the strap for carrying.

- The negative for me - when shortening the strap, there is no buckle/band to keep the end of the strap from sticking out - replacement straps for bags have that.
So, if you are tall and do not need to shorten the strap, it's fine, if you like to keep the strap shorter, you will need to figure it out.
