Why green shades on a blue lamp?

I ordered these lamps twice and returned twice. I ordered the blue ones. But I was so disappointed that the shades were green both times. The shades in the pictures are not green they are a light blue. Even the trim on the shades on the ones I received was green. The lamp also comes in green, so I think maybe in manufacturing and assembly, there were some errors. I won't order again for fear of getting the wrong shades again.
