This is a gift item so I can't really comment on whether it's easy to clean. Hope so!!

This was a fantastic purchase. It keeps food very hot and is easy to use and transport.

Very nifty to have when cooking several little things at a time. Will hold things warm while you finish up other things that take a little longer that you're fixing for same meal.

I purchased this for a picnic that I was to bring potato salad. I can't stand the thought of a mayonnaise based food not being kept cold. This bowl delivered! I had it in the fridge until time to leave and the contents stayed cold the entire time. Everyone at the picnic was raving about my bowl and wanted the link to order one for themself. I haven't tied a liquid based food in it and would say, it would probably leak but for salads and other "solid" foods, it does not leak. I will be ordering another one in the smaller size. It's a little more expensive than I would usually pay for a bowl but for what it proved to me, it was worth it.

My reason for buying two of these insulated casserole dishes is that I recently started cooking with an air fryer and quickly learned that, in order to make the crispiest air fryer fries and veggies, I need to make them in batches. So, when cooking dinner for guests, I wanted to find a vessel that would keep my fries and veggies nice and hot while I made additional batches of food. This casserole dish lived up to his promise of keeping the fries and green beans super hot, however, I guess it does it by hot steaming, because my crispy fries and green beans ended up being very soggy. So next time I will try putting my air fried veggies into the casserole dishes but without sealing the lid.

The second reason I called this product "almost perfect" and deducted one star from my rating is that, overall, the look of this casserole dish isn't really elegant enough to be placed on the table during a dinner party. I get that it would probably be perfect for picnics and BBQ's, and I intend to use them for that purpose during outside weather months. However, I really wanted to be able to place these dishes directly on my dinner table so that my guests would be able to serve themselves nice hot sides, but I think that the white plastic parts of the dishes detract from the more formal look I was going for. I think if the entire dish were done in the pretty metallic teal color, it would look much better and be suitable for dinner party table placement.
