This is a really attractive pocketbook but is too big for me. I prefer smaller ones. I will use it more when traveling. I let the seller know that it didn't fit my purpose but was keeping it. They reached out immediately and said they wanted me to be completely satisfied. Told me of a smaller one that was the same color. I liked it and they sent it out immediately free of charge. The pocketbook is beautiful and roomy but the customer service I received is beyond amazing. I'll definitely be buying future pocketbooks from them.

I would do 4.5 stars if it would let me. This purse doesn't seem to be made cheaply. It is really pretty and spacious. I have plenty of room and I love the multiple choices of pockets to use. I transferred exactly what was crammed into my smaller purse, but this one seemed heavy, like some others mentioned. But I found it felt lighter to carry on my shoulder if I didn't use the additional, longer strap. But with that strap added, I can also carry this purse cross body. Now to see how well it holds up. Fingers crossed.

Because I bought the plaid, I assumed it was fabric, but it's not, it's vinyl. But I really like it. It's very cute, a lot of room . I would definitely like to order another color. I just received this purse (black/white tie dyed) today so I can't speak for the durability, but I have to say this is my favorite purse I've ever bought! It's beautiful, really soft leather, very spacious, and lots of pockets! I would say it's medium sized, not huge (I don't like really big purses) but large enough to hold all of my stuff and still have plenty of room. I love everything about it! I saw a couple reviews that said it's flimsy and falls over, but that isn't the case when I filled it.
