No instructions included. I could not install this mostly because I could not get the headliner out of the way. It wasn't clear on how to install the product but I should have looked elsewhere for installation instructions it seems.

Worked exactly as expected on my 2007 f250. Took my dad and myself roughly 5 hours start to finish. Nothing really difficult about removing the sunroof just time consuming. Also you can get the headliner out the front passenger door without removing the seat.
