I purchased these solar motion lights because at night my dogs didn't like coming out of the dog door to a pitch dark dog run. These lit up the area much better than I expected. They aren't mounted yet, I just set them on the crate to make sure they work first. Definitely am happy with this purchase.

Installed 2 of these lights on a shed at our baseball fields. They are perfect for providing ambient light at night. Reviews that say the bolts are too short are putting them in correctly. One side is recessed for the not to sit into so the bolt shouldn't extend past the other side. Those reviews saying they don't stay lit for more than 6 hours, they didn't read to charge the panels in direct sunlight for a full day before installing. Will be ordering more.
