I don't use this for a pet, but I use it to protect my trunk. It seems well-made and secures well to the back seats and then I lay it down in the trunk so I can haul whatever without damaging the trunk liner.

It was easy to install in a Subaru Forester. I liked the color. It was a light cream color. I noticed that it has a quilting type affect where the threads cross over each other. At the ends the threads are not finished off under the black banding. Some stick out and are loose. I had to cut off about 20 ends. Since they are not tucked under the black band, I highly suspect that this won't wash well. I am thinking the threads that were not tucked will get loose and hang out after a wash again. I would have to cut them all again. I hope you all understood what I am trying to say.

There is a darker brown horizontal line/ stain? in a noticeable spot on the back of the seat. I don't like it. Debating whether to send it back for a correct one.

I did tuck under the hammock extension piece to fit on the main back seat only. That worked fine.

The Cover was a light yellow not white as in the photo. It's Better than I expected. I have a very active Spaniel puppy. Muddy feet ,wiggly body that seems to always be moving. Much to my surprise the cover Stays well on the seat. It does NOT have any side straps to secure the sides of the seat cover onto the seat but this seems to be a common design flaw with all pet covers. ** Getting the velcro open to get the seat belt connectors through was Difficult! I needed to do this as I had also bought a set of Pet seat belts through Amazon. Once you do manage to get a small opening in the velcro work fast to get the seat belt connector through as the velcro will seal back quickly and firmly. So firmly that you may want to consider buying more than 1 cover if you plan to move it around a lot. This is a Very long and wide cover. Cover drapes from the top of the head rest to pool on the floorboard of my SUV. It also covers the entire bench seat of my Mid-size SUV. Easy to clean with a hand vacuum or even a diaper wipe.I can also put down my 3rd row seat to enlarge my cargo area and the Pet Magasin Luxury Pet Seat Cover will cover the whole cargo area. We have only had our puppy in the car for short trips but so far it's great.

Pros: sturdy material, meets goal of keeping seat clean.

Cons: Honda Covic rear seats are not adjustable which means these straps go around the headrest, shortening the overall length. The seams do not align with the seat.

Takeaways: definitely measure ahead of time and ensure your rear seat headrests can adjust so the product will fit properly.

I especially like that the buckles are high quality and came threaded and ready to install. Much better than the previous brand I bought and returned!
