I purchased one similar to this one less than a year ago. Kinda funky installation hardware. All adhesive tapes. Didn't last long in the AZ sun.
This one seems to be a better quality frame with only one adhesive to the frame/glass. Hopefully this adhesive is better. I was really disappointed the screen material is grey in color instead of black like the previous one. Time will tell if this one will hold up to the brutal AZ weather

We started using these to replace the bulky, rusty, vintage screen on one small window, then bought enough to re-screen our whole condo. These are not, of course, the same as professional custom screens. They are, however, pretty easy to install (once you get the hang of it), very easy to operate, and a great solution to our specific problem. Among other advantages, these will be so much easier to remove and clean than the screens we had there previously.
Our window frames are all metal, so I didn't have to use the magnetic tape with the adhesive on the back, I was able to just start with the grooved magnetic strip right on top of the windows.
I've included a photo so that you can see from the side, these screens are not as tight as traditional screens. When they're up you can pretty unavoidably see creases in the the screen, billows from where it isn't super tight from the side. But I've also attached a photo to show why this is a feature, not a flaw: the fact that it's not taught allows for it to cover the window hardware without issue. And as you can see, from straight on, none of that particular issue is at all visible.
I've also attached a photo of some window hardware I needed to work around, and how it was easy to find a solution with this system. These windows just never had screens because of their hardware, so we couldn't ever open them before now!
And a final word about this fantastic seller: they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to complete the project when I was concerned that there wouldn't be enough linear inches of magnetic tape to accommodate all of our windows. Some helpful things I learned from this during the process were that the largest sized kit comes with two corner hardware packets, so you can make two screens from it, and that the linear amount of the magnetic and cover pieces is around 240 inches per package. The customer service was great and communication was easy. I would absolutely undertake this process again after completing 7 screens of varying sizes.

Apartment windows without screen? No problem!
Kelly✓ Verified Purchase•December 5, 2023
I lived in an apartment with no window screens on the third floor. The window were an odd rectangular shape with a pivoting handle to crank open. Having decor on the windowsill and a cat in the apartment felt dangerous when I wanted to open the window for fresh air. Naturally, per the lease, I wasn't supposed to do any "damaging or permanent" alterations. This product checked all the boxes I needed! Custom sizing (per your needs), easy to install, easy to remove, sturdy, and good quality! Helped me have peace of mind for my decor, my cat, & no incoming bugs!
Works great with my window A/C unit!

I've been looking for a screen that I could use in conjunction with the window A/C unit. I have been unable to find anything I could use. Then I can across this product and couldn't be happier. It's the perfect solution for what I'm looking for and extremely versatile.
Instillation:
The instructions were easy to follow and satisfying to complete. This product comes in pieces and it's up to you to completely build the screen. Though it may take about an hour (for me- little to zero handiness) it's easy for anyone to put together. I would recommend drawing the window out on cardboard first, laying out the cut pieces on magnetic strip, rather than installing one magnetic strip at a time. It was a little difficult to install and measure in my recessed window (see pictures). In the end it worked great and it's nice to have some airflow in my room again.
Plus:
- the magnetic mounting makes it easy to take on and off if I want to use my A/C unit.
- excellent seal will keep our spiders.
- instructions were easy to follow.
Deltas:
- the magnetic strips were labeled incorrectly.
- the magnetic strips and frame pieces are wound up and it makes the screen buckle. You will want to bend the pieces in the opposite direction to straighten out.
- you can tell this was put together by a beginner. My measurements were slightly off and makes the screen look a little strange. That's why I recommend drawing out on cardboard or large paper then cut the pieces.
- this is only a temporary fix. This item is great but I would not use it to build screens for my house. It is perfect for those very specific needs... like incorporating a screen with an A/C unit in a city that doesn't always get that hot (Seattle), but hot enough at times to want air conditioning for sleep.
Overall... highly recommended for those unique uses.
