Maybe its a placebo effect, but I don't care. it helps. It improves cramping and soreness a lot and also reduces RLS sensations. It's a little sticky and you might want to rinse it off but if you work in education, retail or hospital definitely try this, it helps and works fast. No scent , which I appreciate. I personally would prefer a roll over s spray but this is fine. A menthol version would be a welcome addition for the cooling effect. I take magnesium tablets and my bloodwork is fine so I guess I din't have a magnesium deficiency, but this still helps without having unnecessary effects on the rest of the body.
