Seems to work as intended, helps get spouse into wheelchair and shower. He was paralyzed from waist down by a fairly rare infection. So that's why we got the full sling to use with hoyer lift. The sling that came with lift had hole for toilet use but wasn't what we needed. The full sling is much more comfy for him.
