We originally ordered balusters from a different company and they weren't properly wrapped- they just threw them in a box all together, so when they arrived nearly every one of them was chipped. We returned them and placed an order with Affordable Stair Parts. The shipment was very quick to arrive and each baluster was individually bubble wrapped. The quality of these balusters are far superior to the ones from the other company. They are beautiful!
