This is the second office I have floored with these carpet tiles. Very professional, clean look. The first office was floored with a very ugly linoleum. The carpet tiles transformed the room! The office I just floored with the tiles has a solid concrete floor, and again, it completely transformed the room. Very comfortable underfoot, too, and very easy to vacuum. Over all I'm pretty happy. The color variance was a little off even after mixing 2 boxes. But it's just in a small room so I'm not sure i would of notice in a big one or could of done a better job if i had more boxes. We did buy adhesive tape to use with them in addition to adhesive that came with it as extra precaution but this was out first time doing carpet squares. Easy to install & they look nice.

The cuts on these are on point all exact 20"x20" ! It comes with corner sticky's but I purchased sticky double stick tape from Amazon $10 a roll and it works great with that tape ! I purchased these for my cold ceramic tile floor in my basement and it warmed it up right away and great for in case any storm you get water these can come up individually and be replaced easily ! I used a heavy duty scissors to cut them and a utility knife as well once I came to the wall they cut well but do fray when you cut just don't pull on the stringy things I guess the threading cut it with scissors . Once they're down on floor there's no worries very easy to vacuum them . I got samples from Wayfair and another on line company but they want too much per tile yeah quality might be a tad better and a little thicker but these do the job just as good ! They are about 3/16 " thick or just shy of it . So I purchased 5 boxes for 385 sq ft at $80.50 I think per box 20 in a box . I installed /layed them doing the 1/4 turn (google it). It just made it I ran out of full pcs but the floor is completely covered . All the scraps I have left probably equals to about 7 or 8 carpet tiles . So now to put my basement together with desk, furniture and tv . Can't go wrong with these tiles can't get them anywhere cheaper Amazon wins again lol

Feels like commercial grade carpet. Strong and well made with a solid rubber backing.
Easy to cut. Big downside is they are not peel and stick. There's no adhesive on the back.
Inside the box was a bunch of, what look like 3" square labels. They were written in Chinese do I couldn't read them. I'm thinking in hindsight that these were stickers for holding the corners down. But it wasn't obvious to me.
I ended up using some carpet tape which did the job but added a lot of time.
