I did not buy this to use as a cake border, but rather to decorate tin cans by filling it with hot glue, attaching it to the can, and painting it. I think it will work ok, but I had to order a different glue gun because the one I have doesn't seem to do the job very well as it won't heat the glue well enough. So, I haven't really had the change to see how it will work, but I'm thinking it will work well as it did on the video of the person I got the idea from.

The baroque mold I received was better than I expected! I received it faster than expected, and the mold is thick and sturdy. It was not some flimsy piece, but has some weight to it that makes it easier to work with. Definitely worth it, and Im very happy with the purchase.

Beautiful flowers but I recommend spraying mold with cooking spray before using as I had a bit of problem popping out molded clay.

Tried glue and clay but when I tried toilet paper and water I couldn't believe the results! Just cut a sheet the length of the mold and place in the corner and spray with water. Repeat the process by folding in another section of the sheet to fit inside the mold doing it 6 times. You can let it sit or dry with a heat gun or hair dryer for faster results. Easily cut off excess if any with scissors.
