After using the unit for the first time I was impressed with how well it performed. However, when I went to go and clean\flush out the fogger I noticed that the switch had somehow fallen off.

I immediately contacted Petra Tools via email and was surprised to get a very quick response. I attempted to use the chat on their website but unfortunately, it was not functioning at the time. Thank you to the customer representative Mikki who quickly responded to my email. After getting some details Mikki quickly processed a new fogger assembly to ship to me and in addition, was able to register me for an extended warranty.

I am fairly comfortable with putting things together so I hope that the new fogger assembly will be easy to replace. I feel confident that Petra Tools will do everything to ensure that I am satisfied with the product based on my short interaction with Mikki.

The media could not be loaded. This backpack Sprayer/Fogger is a beast! I love it! When I initially received it, I wanted to return it because I hadn't realized that it required a power cord and the area I am trying to treat is a great distance from a power source. Additionally the size of it was worrisome for me, because I am a Middle Aged Woman at 5'1" and weigh 105 lbs. I didn't know if I could actually lift it once filled. So after chatting with Petra about this issue, they informed me that they don't make a fogger on wheels or rechargeable power source. After some time I decided to fill it up and got out my longest extension cord, 100'. Let me tell you this thing is heavy, I could not lean over or the weight of it would shift and would have thrown me to the ground. I don't know how heavy it actually is when filled, but it felt like at least 40-50 pounds. I am in pretty decent physical condition and single, so I am used to doing everything on my own, landscaping, plumbing, electrical etc.
Once I was able to attach it to my back and stand up with it, I fastened the waist belt and walked slowly to get used to how the weight shifts in it. I held on the power cord so I wouldn't accidentally walk too far away from the outlet. I did our back yard and front yard (spraying for mosquitoes) and garbage area, with still a gallon left in the tank. This unit works very well as a fogger. I love the ease of the finger tip on/off button and the shut off valve for spraying. My space is almost an acre of land and I was very generous with time spent fogging the area. My granddaughter gets bit by mosquitoes and her reaction to them is extreme and she can get very sick when bitten, always requires IV steroids, so spraying for them is a must. In the past I always hired someone to spray for them, but economics these days has me being more conscious of expenses. Any way, if your looking for a fogger, you will be pleasantly surprised at the power this unit has. It's 5 Stars for me, if they come out with one on wheels, 4 rolling 360° I'd buy it in a second!!!

I have a lot of yard and a lot of bugs. Needed something that would let me apply pesticide quickly and efficiently without wasting product. Really glad I found this fogger. The hardest part about using it for me is having to use it with a long extension cord to cover my whole yard. You have to stop once in a while to drag the cord to where it needs to be.

Their customer service is excellent. Before I could use it a 2nd time, I noticed the ground prong on the plug was broken. So using it would be dangerous. I emailed them about this. Jen responded the same day and shipped out a new fogger for me. (Make sure you sign up for the 90 day warranty on their website.)

While waiting for the replacement fogger, I had to use a regular sprayer for my pest control treatment. To cover my whole yard, I had to use at least twice as much pesticide, and I couldn't reach high up into the larger trees like I can with the fogger. I will definitely use only the fogger for pest control from here on out.

Used it once and it stopped working. Of course by the time I used it the time that I could return it had expired. However, to my surprise Nina from Petra Tools responded to my review and was extremely professional and ask what she could do to help me. I replied there isn't much you can do unless you want to ship me out a new fogger. To my surprise and my extreme pleasure she said no problem we will have one placed in the mail to you right away please give me your mailing address. Upon giving her my mailing address she probably responded to me by email stating that my product had been shipped if there was anything else that she can help me with to please let her know. This is superior customer service. No questions asked just replaced the defective product. My new machine arrived within a week and has been working fine I have used it once cleaned it and tried to use it again and it worked just fine. If this is the type of customer service PETRA Tools will offer to every customer I highly recommend purchasing this product there is no downside when you receive customer service like I received while dealing with this company.
