Great sink, but double check all parts for damage as they don’t have replacement parts.

I love the look of this sink, it really made the old kitchen we have look a lot better. The product came extremely well packaged, so for me to open the cutting board that was wrapped to find it broke was shocking. Unfortunately, they don't offer replacement parts so make sure you inspect every single detail before installing. Another issue is the installation clips to attach it to the counter didn't work for us the way our countertops are. They are very hard to work with, but we eventually figured out a way. There is a video on this product at the bottom of this page with a man that had Similar issues and cut a hole into the wood under the counter top to get them to work. I also saw there is a sink attachment tool that you may find helpful. Some people say that water doesn't drain well, I will have to agree with this, but the little amount left in the sink doesn't bother me.

This sink is SO AMAZING!!! We searched EVERYWHERE for a single basin with the workstation add-ons. This was the best for the money and had the most additional items. It was really hard to get shipped from the Post Office though. Amazon passed it off to our local Post Office and they made us pick it up. That was ok though because it meant I didn't have to wait and additional day to have it delivered. It smelled a little like fish though. Kind of off but maybe they used oil to protect it??? I have seen lots of other companies who have items that will fit it too. I just ordered a bowl, colander and shredder for it. That comes next week! I am so excited to use my new sink for family events this summer!!!
Great sink but does not work for dishwasher air gap without cutting

This is a beautiful sink overall and im sure most modern homes will have an easier install than I did. If your home is older the install process will depend on your cut out and if you have a dishwasher the air gap will NOT fit. We had to manually grind the hole to enlarge it to fit the air gap for the dishwasher. Also since the our cut out was very close to the wall we had to install the faucet nut upside down to make clearance and we had to angle the faucet so the handle wouldnt touch the wall and prevent us from getting full hot water. Although our install was difficult we we're able to get it all fitted. It's beautiful, efficient, large and much more sanitary than our old cast iron that we hated.
Definitely a great buy just be aware of the 2nd hole size if you need a air gap (they are only one size) for your dishwasher.

Only thing to know is that the bottom isn't quite angled enough for it to fully drain so there's a little standing water unless you sweep it into the drain. Also it seems to have a "grain" to it, for lack of a better term. I'd assume because it's cheaper. I tried to capture it in the second picture. However all things considered it's not a deal breaker and you can't beat the price. I've been using it for a few months now and still love how much it's upgraded the look of the kitchen! I haven't had an issue with the corners being hard to clean or getting rust which I've seen can be an issue in square sinks.

I am a master plumber in 2 states. I have installed countless amounts of this style of sink vessel in the last 10 ish years they have been popular. I usually spend $800 or more for a vessel this quality! I only bought this sink online instead of using my supplier because I am listing the house and didn't want to send to much for the look. BUT TO MY SURPRISE... it's really one of the best sinks I have ever encountered. WOW, for real! Fully insulated under for noise cancelation (metal sinks need this... if you ever used an "apartment sink", you know what I mean) and it has the stress pads where then need to be! Even the $400 sinks don't do this good of a job. AND it comes with the correct strainer basket, veggie wash tray and cutting board! As a 20+ year plumber I am VERY impressed. I will be purchasing these vessels for customers and we are VERY carful about what we provide because we have to warranty all our products. Again, WOW! Thank you FRIHO!
