I bought this for my daughter to teach her how to braid hair. It's got a LOT of hair to work with; very similar to a human head. This is definitely not human hair, however. It gets a little tangled at the ends if you're trying to braid it but you can brush that out as you go to keep it manageable. The colour is so pretty irl, too.
