Ive had other brands in the past but I love that it has the trap door rather than having to flip over and pour the hot charcoal. it is also a great price compared to the other ones on the market
Easy and safe

I love that it is build well, has an easy trigger on the handle for dumping the hot coals and it makes grilling much easier overall.
I've used it quite a bit and it has held up well.
Make sure you use gloves or an oven mitt when handling because it does get hot!

Bigger than I thought

Works well and hasn't rusted out yet like my other ones have. The drop gate is a little tough getting used too but I'm liking it more and more.
Works great for about a year

I've had 3 of these so far, they work great for about a year and a half of use and then the trap door mechanism deforms and eventually falls apart and no longer will hold the coals. I'd rather spend 2x and have the trap door last, but for the time it works, it works really well and is much more convenient than having to flip and dump out. I mostly use lump, which could accelerate the gradual degradation of the trap door as it burns hotter than briquettes. Still ordering another one as it's much more convenient than dumping.
