This adaptor is compact and worked beautifully. I not only used it for the 4 days I was in London, I was able to use it on a 12 day cruise. The older ships do not provide a lot of outlets - 1 U.S. and 1 European. My friend used the U.S. plug and I was able to plug this adapter into the European outlet.
