I was excited when purchasing these as they seemed like the perfect transition from bottle to sippy cup. However, my child wasn't quite ready for the switch, and my 3-year-old used the sippy cup a couple of times. Unfortunately, they ended up chewing a hole in the top of the nipple, causing milk to pour out of it. It didn't work out as I had hoped. Nothing wrong with the product quality I just have a little mouse when it comes to silicone sippy lids apparently!

My son loves this cup. It doesn't leak from the edges but sure"¦if you tip it over (which rarely happens) a little milk will come out out of the nipple. It's the smallest of the messes he makes so it's no big deal. It's a high flow nipple so the hole is big. He does like to chew on the nipples so I've had to replace the cups twice in about 18 months which is sad because the cups go to waste. Avent needs to make replacements for these if they continue to sell them.

My 1YO has been using this since around 10 months. He transitioned easily from the bottle. When he throws this to the ground or leaves it on its side liquid can drip out the nipple hole. But it doesn't leak when you put it in the diaper bag with the cap on to go.

I purchased these several months ago for my son (around 14 months), but he refused anything aside from his bottles for a long time. He'd literally just throw them on the floor if it was not his bottle. Out of frustration of trying every type of sippy cup I could find, I came back to this one recently. FINALLY SUCCESS! He is a late BUT, he transitioned from the bottle to this one with ease. I plan to keep him on this for a while and eventually transition to a harder spout in the near future.

Pros:
*Ease of cleaning. The parts all detach for thorough cleaning. Handwashing with a bottle cleaner is recommended. They can also be sterilized and are dishwasher safe.
*Good quality and durable.
*Easy to be held with the grips on the sides.
*Parts are interchangeable.
*Comes with lids for storage/transporting.

Cons:
*The lids are kind of easy to detach.
*The bottle does leak if your child is like mine and likes to chew on the spout. However, it is a slow leak.

This is the second time I'm buying these. First ones lasted about 6 months until my 2 year old but the silicone and made the hole bigger.

Easy to clean and take apart. Both come with a lid for easy take on the go. I will probably end up buying these again because of how well they lasted us and kept up with the crazy two year old.
