I was hoping to have a completed project by now, but this is my travel project and I haven't been traveling much lately so I'll update later. I am very pleased with the quality of this project. The 16ct aida is pleasant to stitch on in hand, the provided needle it the right size for the fabric count, and very good quality thread. The directions and chart are easy enough to follow for a beginner, but it is interesting enough to keep an experienced stitcher engaged. I especially like that it includes extra fabric and finishing instructions to actually fully complete your project. I will definitely be purchasing more.
