Nice carry on suitcase. Lock does not work

I brought this on a recent trip and it is a nice carry on size that fits more than I thought it would. I like the red color and it's lightweight and easy to move. The only negative is that the lock does not work.

"Wow" was the first thing I said when I took it out of the box. I had looked at the rose gold but decided on black with the rose gold accents. Beautiful! Very sturdy, great quality, and for a carry on you can pack more than you think. I like the locking and expandable options as well, nothing cheaply made here either. I did get it on sale, was still a little more than I had wanted to spend, but now that I have it I "got a lot of bang for my buck". Extremely satisfied.

When first unpacking, I thought this would never hold up on my trip. It is very lightweight but holds a lot! No issues with maneuvering through airports, trains, escalators, elevators, or sidewalks in Boston and NYC. I wouldn't want to check the bag but I ended up having to check it in the last leg of my vacation flight. Held up just fine. A few black marks but most came off with Magic Eraser. No issues on vacation #1; would purchase again.

I got this for my wife for a trip to Europe. We don't like to check bags because we tend to have bad luck with things like that. It fit perfectly for most of the airlines we have flown on. The only issue we ran into was a short Swiss Airlines flight from London to Zurich. They said it was too heavy, which was mostly because of how much we packed in there.
We also had a slight issue with Icelandair. Their carry-on size is smaller than other airlines. However, I wrapped straps around the suitcase and sinched them tight, which made it fit their carry-on size.
It's a great bag. It's super easy to pack. The extender zipper is helpful for getting everything in and then compressing it down with the zipper. It's also pretty durable. We have taken it to six European countries. It has survived cobblestone streets, trains, and planes. It's a great suitcase.
